its me and crystal on the looooongg and steeeep 8 in a half mile hike at Yosemite! it was errr pretty, and a little ... JUST A LITTLE soar. but our legs were just fine after!... the didnt hurt at all.. i mean its not like we couldnt walk.. and out legs were up and running.. we were ready for another hike! totally..
